EDWARD CHARLES WEPPLER

Date of Passing:  November 30, 1977

Accidentally, on Wednesday, November 30, 1977 in Winnipeg, Mr. Edward Charles Weppler, aged 28 years, of 516 St. Anthony Ave.

Prayers will be said on Friday, December 2 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. at Luxton Ave.

Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Saturday, December 3 at 10:00 a.m. at the Blessed Virgin Mary Church, 965 Boyd Ave., with Msgr. R. Dobriansky officiating.  Interment will follow in All Saints Cemetery.

Mr. Weppler was born in Winnipeg and attended Strathcona and Andrew Mynarksi Schools, Sisler High School and the University of Manitoba.  He pursued a career as a musician and was well-know in Winnipeg musical circles.  At the time of his death, Edward was a member of the musical group "Harvest".

He leaves to mourn his passing, one son, Shawn Wayne; one daughter, Tamara Dawn; his fiancée, Ann Carruthers; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Weppler; two brothers, Walter and sister-in law, Helen, Peter and sister-in-law Colleen, and one sister, Sharon, all of Winnipeg.

Active pallbearers will be Messrs. Terry O'Reilly, Roy Toews, Doug Eames, Greg Mattreck, Gerry Gacek, and Milt Reimer.

Edward was known to his friends as "Mouse".
